Camp Rules

Our goal is to ensure every single attendee feels not only welcome, but safe. To that end, all attendees, speakers, employees are required to respect Camp Rules.  

  1. Camp Minted registration is closed. Camp Minted programming, meals, and events are for confirmed Minted Artist attendees and speakers only. Attendees must be wearing their conference badge at all times to be admitted to meals and programming. You cannot give up your conference ticket / seat to others. 

  2. Absolutely no harassment will be tolerated at Camp Minted. This includes unwelcome and offensive verbal, physical, or digital conduct related to another person’s gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, appearance, physical ability, race, ethnicity, religion, or personal space. If you are being harassed or see someone who is, contact any Minted staff in attendance. 

  3. We reserve the right to revoke Camp Minted privileges of anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior.

  4. Be careful in the words that you choose. Sexist, racist, and other exclusionary jokes can be offensive to those around you. Excessive swearing and offensive jokes are not appropriate for Camp Minted. 

  5. Avoid excessive drinking and respect personal space and common courtesy rules for personal interaction. 

  6. Do not be disruptive during scheduled programming and speaker sessions. 

  7. Respect private and communal property and the rules and regulations of the venue. 

  8. Respect confidentiality requests by speakers and other attendees. Please do not share or distribute confidential information shared by Minted to others outside of Camp Minted. 

  9. Do not publicly post photos of others on social media without their consent. 

  10. Avoid aggressively pushing your own services, products, or causes to other attendees. 

  11. No smoking is permitted throughout the JW Marriott conference spaces.
