On Eventbrite, you’ll be asked to fill out an order form to reserve your spot to this year’s event. All registration details will be available on our Eventbrite page.

Note: If you’re eligible for a complimentary trip to Camp Minted, check your email for your special registration instructions and discount code. You’ll still register through Eventbrite, but your ticket will be fully covered.

Registration Details

  • Registration fee: $215

    • Covers all meals, programming, and events throughout the retreat.

  • Registration deadline: November 5, 2025

    • Space is limited, and tickets may sell out before the deadline—so register early to secure your spot!

  • Need to make changes to your registration?

    • If you need to adjust the dates of your stay, add a roommate, or correct any information from your registration, please email artists@minted.com with your confirmed details. Our team can make those updates on your behalf!

Hotel Reservations

You do not need to contact/book the hotel directly. We’ll handle all rooming accommodations on your behalf. Your Eventbrite registration automatically reserves your room at the Graduate Hotel Nashville.

  • Minted group rate: $239 per night + tax

  • Roommates: If you plan to share a room, include your roommate’s name when registering — we’ll do our best to pair your accommodations accordingly.

  • All attending artists will be responsible for providing a credit card upon check-in to cover room costs, incidentals, etc.

  • You’ll receive your hotel confirmation number approximately one month before Camp.

Staying additional nights?

Our group rate will be honored (based on availability) for up to three nights before or after Camp Minted (Feb 25–27, 2026).

  • Note: Please include your full stay dates when completing registration.

For artists receiving a complimentary trip:

  • Minted covers two hotel nights (Feb 25–27) including room + tax (incidentals not included).

  • You must still register on Eventbrite.

    • Please use the discount code provided in the early registration email to waive registration fees.

  • Any additional nights or incidental charges will be paid directly to the hotel at check-in.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tickets will be fully refundable up until January 15, 2026. We will not be able to issue any refunds past this date.
